    Returns & Exchange

    • Items purchased online cannot be exchanged/returned in store, vice versa 
    • All items are valid for a credit note / exchange within 14 days of placing your order, providing you return it in its original condition, and with tags.
    • Unfortunately no returns for swimwear, socks and headbands due to hygienic reasons
    • Please send us a return request from your account within 7 days of placing your order and send back the item(s) to us within the 7 days after you have submited this form to us. Please make sure you write your Return reference number when  you are returning an item.
    • Delivery freight for the return item(s) will be at your own cost, please ensure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning.
    • Sales items and purchases using discount codes or sale codes do not qualify for free returns, you will need to pay for the delivery freight both ways, for standard delivery, freight is $5,  express delivery, the freight is $10, this amount will be deducted from your credit note or will be invoiced to you before shipping.
    • In an event where an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we may have to send it back to you and the refund will be rejected. All items are inspected on return.
    • Items are the customers responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged in transit.
    • We’ll send you your credit note/ exchange item within 7 days upon recipe of your returned item(s)
    • In a case where your requested exchange item is no longer available, we will issue you a credit note (exclude freight)
    • Our credit notes are valid for 12 months.
